Can I submit a new email address for my spouse?

If you have an existing submission in a Company Sponsored Program, please cancel your submission. Once cancelled, you can click “Get Started” and in step 3 of the submission process, you will have the ability to update your spousal information.  

If you do not have a submission and have provided your spouse’s information in the Onboarding tool, please navigate to Onboarding and into the Spouse section. You will see an “Update Spousal Information” button which will allow you to update their name and email.

Please note that if you have an existing submission and update your spouse’s information through the onboarding tool, your spouse’s information on your submission will not automatically update. Please be sure to cancel your submission if your spouse’s information needs to be updated.

If you are not able to update this, or are having trouble, please contact with the following information:

  • Your First and Last Name
  • Your Email Address
  • The Company or Company Program (e.g., “ACME Tender Offer")
  • Your spouses’ name and email address
  • The request to update your spouses’ information
